Every piece undergoes a full inspection to ensure both structural integrity and cosmetic condition. Our goal is to make sure your item arrives exactly as expected.

Each item is carefully graded based on its condition, and priced accordingly. An item only needs to meet one of the listed criteria for a particular grade to be classified in that category. A brief explanation of the condition will be included in the product description.

We strive to accurately represent each item through detailed product photography. Any notable imperfections will be clearly shown in the photos.

Unless otherwise specified, all are fully functional and any included mechanisms will function properly.

Grade A – Excellent Condition

‘New’ or ‘Near-Mint’ condition
No structural damage
Minor cosmetic imperfections only (e.g., light scratches or small marks)
Minimal signs of use if any

Grade B – Great Condition

Light cosmetic damage (e.g., visible scratches, minor colour wear, small stains)
Some general signs of wear and tear
May have minor structural flaws (e.g., small chips on legs or indents on arms/back)

Some of our listings we only have one or two items and stock cannot be guaranteed. If you see something that catches your eye, it's probably best to not dither as some things sell fast. Unfortunately we cannot reserve stock.

Most of our products are brand new and in perfect condition. Some may have small imperfections, minor blemishes, or the occasional "delivery wound," as we like to call them. But rest assured — we only sell items we’d be happy to have in our own homes.
